He earned his MA at Vilnius Academy of Arts in 1999 and started his MPHIL\/PhD research program at Goldsmiths University in 2010.<\/p>\n<p>Gap\u0161evi\u010dius has been an active participant in international new media art networks, which stimulated the formation of networks between Western countries and the Baltic States in the 1990s.
